Instrument Rating
Once you have obtained your private pilot certificate, the next step for many pilots is earning their instrument rating. This allows you to fly in more challenging weather conditions (low clouds and low visibility) than a private pilot.

General Requirements
Applicant must hold at least a private pilot certificate
Be able to read, speak, and understand english
Pass a written, multiple choice exam, with at least a 70%
Maintain their FAA Medical
Various minimum flight times must also be met

Helvetica Light is an easy to read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
